Fee Structure
We believe it is important for you to know upfront exactly what our fee structure is. We are confident that we can save you time, trouble and money with your real estate transaction. Our fee structure contains therefore as main component a success fee, which results from a percentage of the amount we saved you after negotiating your sales contract.

This fee structure guarantees that your interest to achieve the lowest possible purchase price and the best possible contract terms and our interest are congruent. Our standard success fee is 1/3 (33,33%) of the amount we have saved you, i.e. 1/3 of the difference between the documented asking price of the house and the finally agreed upon purchase price with a minimum amount being 2.5 % of the purchase price.
