Introduction and initial consultation
We first try to gain a fundamental understanding of your requirements and goals through an initial meeting, exchange of email(s), telephone conversation(s), review of the questionnaire and your property specific criteria (and often a combination of all of these).

Property search and first preview
Once we have a very clear understanding of what you are looking for and which preferences you opt for we start working with our network of reliable project developers, real estate agents and private contacts. We review adequate properties and draw up a short list of all the homes that fit your criteria. Every property which is compatible with your criteria and fits your profile is personally visited by us.
We send a detailed list with many photos and a summary with all positive and negative aspects incl. an overview of the existing infrastructure in the neighbourhood. We will only send you the best of the properties available according to your specific property criteria, giving a short list of about 6 - 8 properties.
