Property orientation trip and client viewings
If you are a newcomer to South Africa, we can offer you a half or full day orientation, to give you a first impression and a greater insight into the different locations and suburbs, the existing infrastructure, lifestyle and how it feels to actually live here. If not we will focus immediately on viewing the selected short list of houses. We take you to visit each property in turn with the agent involved. 

Property selection & acquisition
Once you have decided to purchase a property which matches your specific criteria, we negotiate on your behalf the purchase contract to realize the best possible price and contract terms and conditions. Please note: An offer to purchase is legally binding. We will therefore arrange with you in detail all terms of the offer to be presented to the seller.

Property management
If you plan, to let your property whilst you are abroad, we will help you to find a letting agent offering you a good service.
Should you require management of your property during your absence, this is a service we offer. We provide a full real estate management service in Somerset West and surroundings. (see real estate management)
