You can always reach us per telephone and we are quickly on the spot should this be necessary (e.g. in case of an emergency). We can also act as your local contact person for all arising questions with reference to a Home Ownership Association and represent you and your interests (if you are absent) at an annual general meeting.

We can also support you with the short term or long-term letting of your house or apartment and organize e.g. a holding letting incl. check - in and check – out procedure.

We offer additionally an arrival - and departure service. We pick you up at the airport on arrival date and bring you to the airport on your departure date.

Our scope of property management services is offered at a fixed price to allow you to know upfront what the exact monthly costs are for the requested service level.
