We will review all adequate properties according to your search profile from all market participants: private persons, developer and real estate agents. We make a viewing; take photos and will find a suitable home or apartment for you and your family. We prepare a detailed shortlist of those houses/apartments corresponding to your criteria.

You receive all documents with photos and detailed description per fax or e-mail within the given time frame as agreed upon.
We are also examining, which expenses or service cost are already contained in the rental price – or if there are other additional costs for a prospective tenant (e.g. water, security, electricity, required deposit etc.) – This ensures that you already have a good overview and enables you to compare the different properties and offers.

If required, the rental booking of the property is made in advance of your arrival and the property will be in ready to move in condition when you reach South Africa.
