We have excellent contacts within the real estate sector and are often informed before the start of an official marketing campaign.

To deal with only one competent contact person in the real estate sector, with the added value that this person can offer you an independent evaluation of the different properties, locations and value for money factors -  will result in a significant time saving for you combined with a substantial quality increase.

We sometimes visit 40 - 50 properties offered by different market participants - real estate agencies - developers or private persons – to draw up a short list of 6 - 8 properties matching your profile.

We will only send you the best properties available at the given time matching your requirements and keep you up to date during the whole process. We hand over the list with many photographs, our evaluation of the properties and infrastructure.
This guarantees that you already have an exact overview of suitable properties available at your arrival date and you can rest assured that you will spend your time in South Africa effectively and purposefully.

Sometimes our clients stay only for a long weekend – this is sufficient - provided that we have had enough time to complete the preliminary groundwork.
